‘Weston Solar’ is a Division of Weston Electrical Services Limited are based in Aisecombe Way in Weston super Mare and has been trading since 1982. With over 50 employees the company offers a comprehensive electrical contracting service to its range of customers. The solar division was set up to ensure the company could offer the very best advice and service within the increasingly growing Renewable Energy market. The division offers a service which is project specific for each of its customer's requirements, site design, installation and advice.
We are accredited (Number MIS3002) members of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) which is an independent scheme that certifies microgeneration products and installers in accordance with consistent standards providing greater protection for consumers.

The MCS is an internationally recognised quality assurance scheme. To achieve certification, the MCS assesses companies against rigorous standards on the supply, design, installation, set-to-work and commissioning of renewable microgeneration technologies Certification shows your supplier is competent and can install to the highest quality every time. To qualify for payment for the electricity you generate (the Feed-in and Export Tariffs], you must use a MCS Certified supplier.

REAL - The REAL Assurance Scheme
The REAL Assurance Scheme was set up by the Renewable Energy Association. The aim is to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wanting to buy or lease small-scale energy generation systems for their homes. The REAL logo shows that we have agreed to abide by the high standards set out in the REAL Consumer Code. The Office of Fair Trading backs the Code under their Consumer Codes Approval Scheme. NICEIC - National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting
The NICEIC assesses the technical competence of electricians. Their aim is to protect everyone who uses electricity from unsafe electrical installations anywhere. To achieve this, they look at a representative sample of the contractor’s work, their premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of their key supervisory staff. Once contractors are registered with NICEIC, they are re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure high standards continue. Enrolment with NICEIC is voluntary, but we are conscientious about the service we offer and consider it a priority. Our registration gives you the assurance of:
